Need to return or exchange an item?
Culinary Classics guarantees its products to be free of material defects and will replace items that are unused and found to be defective. We cannot accept returns on made to order items, embroidered items, or items that show wear and/or tear. Logo set up fees, rush charges, and shipping charges are nonrefundable. If you would like to return an item or identify a defect, please notify us by phone (1-877-378-4855) or by email within 15 business days after receiving your order.
After 15 business days, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. When reporting defects, please provide your account number and a description of the defect. We will give you a return authorization number (RMA) to include on the return package. All exchanges/returns must have an RMA number; merchandise returned to us without an RMA will not be credited. The invoice must be included with the return package. If the merchandise is defective or if we made an error in customization, we will pay all shipping charges for returns or exchanges.
Please note that for certain products, a restocking fee and/or shipping charge may apply.
Culinary Classics currently uses UPS Ground to ship all items.
Most of our items are Made to Order. What does this mean? It means your item only exists in your imagination until you click the order button. When that happens, we enter your vision into our system and our highly experienced seamstresses bring your vision to life! Our typical turnaround time for custom orders is 7-10 business days. I know... in the days of free 2 day shipping with weekend delivery, this is an agonizing amount of time to wait! BUT, we pride ourselves on high quality apparel, made the way you want.
We can add a RUSH to any order and have it complete in 3 days, there is an additional fee for this service. If you'd like to add a RUSH service to your order, please call us at 877.378.4855

We require no minimums as well as offering complementary design consultation.
