Before returning any merchandise, please complete the form below. Our Customer Service team will review your request and respond with the next steps.

Please do not ship your merchandise until you have received an approved Return Authorization (RA) number.

Return Eligibility

• Ready-to-Ship merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• Made-to-Order garments and any item customized with embroidery, personalization, or other modifications are made specifically for your order and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you believe your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include photos with your request.
