Shipping Policy

At Culinary Classics, we proudly manufacture most of our garments to order in our Chicago facility. Unlike mass-produced apparel, each order is crafted specifically for you, allowing us to offer exceptional quality, extensive size ranges, and customization options that are difficult to find elsewhere.

Production Time

Most products are Made to Order and typically require 10–15 business days for production before they ship. See rush shipping details below if you need your garment sooner.

Customizations such as embroidery, special fabrics, personalized details, or larger quantity orders may require additional production time. If your order includes both in-stock and made-to-order items, your shipment may be held until all items are ready unless otherwise requested.

Ready to Ship Collection

Products identified as part of our Ready to Ship Collection are stocked and typically leave our facility within 3–5 business days, subject to inventory availability.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless another shipping method is selected during checkout.

Shipping transit time begins after your order has been completed, not when the order is placed. Transit times vary depending on your delivery location and the shipping service selected.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Rush Production

Need your order sooner?

Rush Production is available for many made-to-order garments. When available, your order can be prioritized for production in as little as 3 business days for an additional fee.

Rush service accelerates production only and does not include expedited shipping unless selected during checkout.
