The Build Your Own Corded Chef Coatbegins with our classic double-breasted silhouette featuring 10 buttons, signature front cording, a concealed left chest pocket, French cuffs, and a mandarin collar. From there, you choose the details that make it your own.
Each Corded Chef Coat is made to order in our Chicago factory, giving you the flexibility to customize fit, fabric, color, and finishing details while maintaining the professional construction Culinary Classics is known for.

Pockets
Select the pocket styles and placements that best suit your workflow. A concealed left chest pocket is included with this coat.
Collar & Cuff Options
Add contrasting collars and cuffs to create a distinctive custom look.
Cording
Signature cording along the front is included as part of the Corded Chef Coat design. Add coordinating or contrasting cording to the collar and cuffs for additional detail.
Ribbon & Tri-Color Collars
Make the collar a focal point with one of our tri-color ribbon options, or create a custom three-color split collar using select Maxima Poplin fabrics.
Embroidery
Personalize your coat with your name, title, restaurant, slogan, logo, or flag. Our in-house embroidery team provides a professional finish designed to complement your custom garment.

Every Corded Chef Coat is individually cut, sewn, and finished in our Chicago factory by skilled craftspeople. Our made-to-order process allows you to create a chef coat tailored to your preferences while maintaining the quality, durability, and craftsmanship Culinary Classics has delivered for over 30 years.

Shipping + Returns
Shipping
- Ready-to-Ship orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.
- Made-to-Order garments are handcrafted in our Chicago factory and generally ship within 7–10 business days.
- Delivery times are estimates and do not include carrier transit time.
Returns
- Ready-to-Ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom Orders: Made-to-Order garments and any item customized with embroidery, personalization, or other modifications are made specifically for your order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and work with you to replace or resolve the issue promptly.
Return Authorization Required: All returns require prior authorization from Culinary Classics. Please contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning merchandise.
